Nurse Case Manager

SDCH Campus is accepting applications for a 32-40/hour a week Case Manager. The Nurse Case Manager works closely with the admissions and marketing team to coordinate patient admissions and care.  Must be able to multi task and have strong written and verbal communication skills.  This position will interface with families and other healthcare facilities.  Applicants must hold a current state RN or LPN license in Utah.  This job closes on 5/19/24.
